How can i book a viewing?

This is a common question and is nothing to be worried about. We will request details of your employer and previous landlords, to verify income and affordability on the rent
What documents do you require?
Under current legislation, a right to rent check needs to be carried out on all occupiers aged 18 or over to ensure they have legal status to live in the uk. In addition to this, we will require proof of residency, such as a utility/council tax bill, benefits letter, banking statements and wage slips
What happens to my deposit?
How do I pay the rent?
Rent is charged monthly in advance. Our banking details will be provided in order for you to set up a standing order, along with your unique reference identification. The first months rent and deposit must be paid and cleared in our account prior to moving into your new home
How do I report maintenance?
Here at habitat, we know you lead a busy life, so we use modern technology for any issues to be reported on the go! Upon move in, you shall be given details to download the maintenance reporting app, along with being able to send messages and download important documents via the app
How do I end my tenancy?
Your tenancy agreement will illustrate the notice you need to give to end your tenancy, and how you need to give this notice
